Our downtown waterfront four-acre site has flexibility! Our tents, parking lots, and marina give us the ability to change our venue based upon your group's needs. Our main tents are available in late April through the end of October. Our site offers three main tents, a marina and a parking lot, plus an open air courtyard with full bar, beverage and concessions offerings… All in a premiere location in the “City by the Sea!”

The Newport Yachting Center, located on four acres in the heart of historic downtown Newport, has ample space to host any marketing mobile tour. Our high-traffic waterfront location provides the ideal venue for the ultimate brand experience. Whether it be sampling, test drives, or an interactive program, this spot affords your clients the opportunity to engage and connect with the masses, with over 3 million visitors a year.
